TAKE THIS TO WORK

Describe system functions and participants before assigning legal labels or contractual responsibilities.

The product name does not classify the use.

The Commission explains that risk classification depends on function and intended purpose. A manual assistant and an application-filtering tool need different assessments. Calling both “chatbots” is insufficient.

Build a responsibility inventory.

Our simulated company uses an external model inside a custom portal. List the model provider, system developer, operator and human reviewer. Legal roles and duties need case-specific assessment, especially after changes to function or purpose.

Transparency must reach people.

Article 50 sets specific duties for direct interaction and rules and exceptions for certain synthetic content. Determine what information is required, from whom and when. A friendly avatar name does not complete that work.

Personal-data processing also needs an appropriate legal basis. The AI Act does not replace the GDPR. Check permitted use before uploading company documents for a demonstration.

Test the human handoff.

Show a case outside scope: who receives it, what can they see and how is automation stopped? This original project check is not proof of legal compliance.

ARXE Studio implements agreed roles, interfaces, controls and integrations. Legal classification and specialist assessments require qualified professionals.

Simulated workflow: responsibilities must be agreed within the project.

Make the call.

The same model moves from searching manuals to screening applications. Does the old plan suffice?

Choose an answer to see the reasoning.

Local, deterministic example. No data sent and no AI model called.
