Does automation always need AI?
No. Explicit rules or an API connection may provide a simpler, more maintainable solution. We compare the options against the actual workflow.
Will company data be sent to the model?
That depends on the project and provider. Before activation we define necessary and excluded data, access, retention and applicable terms. Please do not send confidential documents in your first message.
How much does AI integration cost?
It needs a defined scope: task, sources, users, systems and volumes. The quote separates development from recurring or consumption costs. A limited pilot helps measure quality and usage before expansion.
