Owner and contact details
The data controller is Franco Minus, operating under the name ARXE STUDIO, Viale Venezia 12, 39100 Bolzano, Italy. For information or to exercise your rights: info@arxe-studio.com.
Requests for information and quotes
We process the data you choose to send us: name, email, activity and role, requested service, indicative budget, project times and details. They can arrive from the form on this site, via email or from the contact forms of the Facebook and Instagram ads. The site form requires email and message; name and choice of service are optional. If you are coming from the calculator, the configuration shown is included in the request. The request is sent directly and you receive a receipt via email, without having to confirm a link. Do not send sensitive data or confidential information of third parties.
We use them to respond, understand needs and prepare or discuss a proposal. The legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by you (art. 6.1.b GDPR); for company representatives, the legitimate interest in managing professional communication (art. 6.1.f). The provision is optional, but without contact details and essential information we cannot manage the request.
Sending a form does not involve subscribing to the newsletter. The contacts are not sold and are not used for further promotional campaigns without the conditions required by law. The evaluation of requests is carried out by people; we do not make exclusively automated decisions with legal effects.
Contact via WhatsApp
You can message us at +39 327 703 2469. Website links open WhatsApp only when you click: we do not load a WhatsApp widget on the page or automatically send the form or calculator contents. If you message us, we receive your number, profile name and the messages you choose to share, to handle your request for the purposes, legal bases and retention periods described in this notice. The conversation does not subscribe you to promotional messages. WhatsApp also processes data required for its service according to its privacy policy. You can also use email or the form without opening WhatsApp.
Configurators shared via link
In the configurators for landing page proposals and other projects, your email is asked for before entering. Before accessing, a single-use code sent to the address entered verifies its availability. After verification, the address and access time are recorded and notified via email to ARXE Studio, to know that the recipient has opened the proposal path. The notification is shown on the home screen; the verification uses a code, without a confirmation link, and access does not constitute a request for a quote.
The choices and answers remain on the page during compilation. The Download proposal in PDF button transmits them to the ARXE server to generate the document, without sending emails or registering a commercial request. With Send proposal they are recorded and sent to ARXE Studio and to the address entered, with the PDF attached. The generated PDF is not published via a URL accessible to others. Accesses are distinct from proposals; neither involves a newsletter subscription. The data follows the retention times of the requests and the security measures described in this information.
ARXI chat
ARXI is ARXE Studio’s AI assistant for commercial enquiries. Before starting, it asks for your email and shows this privacy information. Your email is not verified at startup and does not establish your identity. Each submitted message is stored on the server; the save confirmation means it has been received. Unsent text may be lost when you close the page.
The conversation, estimates and changes are used to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, on the legal bases described for enquiries and quotes. When automatic emails are active, a summary and transcript are emailed to the studio after about ten minutes of inactivity or when you request a quote. If emails are paused, ARXI indicates this and the conversation remains saved; for a personal response you can use the Contact page. This does not subscribe you to marketing, make a purchase or accept a contract. You can use the website without starting ARXI.
Messages are sent to OpenAI to generate responses; your email is not included as a separate field in the model’s context. Do not enter passwords, sensitive data or confidential information. The application does not use OpenAI’s response storage feature, but this does not remove the provider’s technical or security logs, normally retained for up to 30 days with exceptions. We do not promise processing exclusively within the European Union. Brevo handles operational email; providers and any transfers require the applicable safeguards.
The chat database retains conversations for 90 days after the last activity. Email copies, negotiations and contractual documents follow the periods described under Retention; deletion and rights requests go to the controller. Backups and provider copies follow their respective retention cycles. ARXI does not access other clients’ management data.
Starting the chat sets a technical session cookie, __Host-arxi, with HttpOnly and Secure and a seven-day lifetime. It resumes your conversation in the same browser, including after navigating to examples, and contains no email or message text. The tab storage value arxi-open only remembers whether the panel is open. No transcript or API key is saved in localStorage or the URL. Deleting site data removes session resumption but does not automatically delete server data.
Conservation
Requests without assignment are kept for the time necessary to manage and close the discussion, including the validity of any proposal. Upon closing, data no longer needed is deleted. If a contractual relationship arises, the necessary documents follow the applicable retention obligations. Any data necessary to protect a right is retained limited to this purpose and for the duration of the dispute or the applicable deadline.
Suppliers and recipients
The data is accessible to the owner, authorized persons and technical suppliers necessary for the management of the service: ARXE hosting, Cloudflare services, Google/Gmail mail and Brevo email sending. Advertising modules use Meta. Suppliers operate according to their roles and applicable agreements; Meta also processes the data of its users according to its own information.
Some suppliers also operate outside the European Economic Area. Any transfers must take place with the guarantees provided for by Chapter V GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. To find out the guarantees applicable to your case you can write to us. Service information: Meta, Google, Cloudflare e Brevo.
Navigation and calculator
The language is selected from Italian, German and English using your browser preferences. You can change it in the language selector: your manual choice is remembered locally in this browser for 6 months. We do not use your geographic location. If storage is blocked, the language selector still works.
The calculator processes the estimate in your browser, without requiring contact details and without saving your choices in cookies or in your browser's storage space. The link to the Contact page contains option codes only; the downloaded summary remains on your device. The form transmits data to ARXE only when you press Send. The content of the question is not stored in cookies or localStorage and is not added to the URL; stays on the page during compilation. To protect the form we use the technical controls of the ARXE service, including request limits, a spam trap field and the rejection of submissions without details. Email links open your email program and do not send messages automatically.
Fonts, images and scripts are hosted with the pages. The website includes no analytics, advertising pixels, maps or embedded videos. Starting ARXI uses the technical cookie and providers described above. Facebook and Instagram features remain subject to their respective settings and privacy information.
Cookies and preferences
This site does not integrate profiling cookies, advertising pixels or visit analysis services. The banner is informative: Accept and Reject do not currently enable any optional tools. You can continue browsing even without making a choice.
To remember your choice we use exclusively the browser's local memory (localStorage), with the key arxe-studio:privacy-choice. Keep your choice, the version of the information and the registration and expiry dates for 6 months. It does not contain advertising identifiers or contact data and is not sent to the server. On the first visit after the deadline, the choice is eliminated and the banner is displayed again. If the browser prevents saving, the site remains usable and the banner may reappear on the next visit.
You can review your choice at any time with Cookie preferences in the footer, or delete the site data from your browser settings. The technical memory needed to remember a choice does not require consensus. Any future instruments with different purposes will be subject to new information and choices; this selection does not authorize them.
The provision and security of the site may involve technical data such as IP address, requests and logs. The processing responds to the legitimate interest in the functioning and protection of the service (art. 6.1.f). Conservation is limited to technical and security needs, except for the time necessary to ascertain and manage any incidents.
Your rights
In the cases provided for by the GDPR you can request access, rectification, cancellation, limitation and portability, or oppose processing based on legitimate interest. If processing is based on consent, you can revoke it without prejudice to what has already been carried out lawfully. Write to info@arxe-studio.com. You can also lodge a complaint at Guarantor for the protection of personal data or to the competent authority.
